Bach Dang Commune completes program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses before April 30 holiday

Local authorities held a ceremony to hand over a new house to Ms. Pham Thi Huong.

The house was newly built on an area of ​​50m2, solid structure, fully equipped with total construction cost of 105 million VND mobilized from socialized sources. Ms. Pham Thi Huong is a single-parent, elderly, and disadvantaged household. During the house handover ceremony, leaders of Bach Dang commune and the Executive Board of Tan Long hamlet presented Ms. Huong with meaningful gifts, contributing to supporting the family to stabilize their lives.

Previously, on March 25, leaders of the province and Tan Uyen City attended the groundbreaking ceremony to build a house for Ms. Pham Thi Huong in the program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" across the province.

Implementing the emulation movement "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" in 2025 across the province, Bach Dang commune has mobilized social resources to build and repair 6 houses for households with housing difficulties in the area. Of which, 4 houses were built according to the Decision of Tan Uyen City People's Committee, 2 houses were selected by the locality. To date, all 6 houses have been completed and repaired, and handed over to the people.

Bach Dang Commune also gave gifts to congratulate Ms. Pham Thi Huong on moving into her new house.

In recent days, the People's Committee of Bach Dang commune has also organized delegations to visit and present essential household items to all households in the program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses".
