Sinh Qua Communal House is an ancient communal house built long ago with the traditional architecture of the Northern Delta. The communal house was restored and embellished for the first time in the year of Nham Ngo 1942. In 1998, the communal house was recognized as a historical and cultural relic by the People's Committee of Ha Tay province (old).
Sinh Qua Communal House is a place to worship two gods: Cao Son Dai Vuong and Quy Minh Dai Vuong. These saints have great merit in helping people control water, defeat invaders, protect the country and protect the national border. The communal house still preserves many ancient architectural features of high cultural and aesthetic value, and is also the center of cultural and religious activities of the community.

Sinh Qua Communal House is not only an ancient architectural work, but also the "soul" of the village, where the spirit of solidarity, patriotism and pride in the homeland's traditions are fostered. Through the ups and downs of time, the communal house is still a sacred place for descendants to turn to their roots and pay tribute to their ancestors.
However, due to the impact of time, the construction has seriously degraded. In 2024, Sinh Qua communal house received investment from the state and all levels to restore and embellish with a total cost of 22 billion 800 million VND.
With the attention of authorities at all levels and the consensus of the people, the restoration and embellishment project was carried out methodically, preserving the original elements while at the same time beautifying the landscape, ensuring spaciousness and durability.
After a period of careful and serious construction, the communal house has now been completed, returning to its majestic and ancient appearance, both preserving traditional values and meeting the cultural and religious needs of the people.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Secretary and Chairman of Binh Minh Commune People's Committee Nguyen Dang Viet emphasized: "The communal house is not only a place to worship gods who have contributed to the people and the country, but also a sacred symbol, a spiritual and cultural center of the whole community. The inauguration of the project is a great pride of the people of Sinh Qua village, demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", the connection between tradition and modernity".
He also hoped that local people would continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, preserve relics, strictly abide by the law, actively compete in labor production, build a new life, new culture, and make their homeland increasingly develop sustainably, richly, and civilized.
