Sinh Qua Temple is an ancient temple built long ago with the traditional architecture of the Northern Delta region. The temple was first restored and renovated in the year of the Horse (1942). In 1998, the temple was recognized as a historical and cultural relic by the People's Committee of Ha Tay province (formerly).
Sinh Qua Temple is a place of worship for two deities: Cao Son Dai Vuong and Quy Minh Dai Vuong. These saintly figures made great contributions to helping the people control floods, suppress invaders, and protect the national borders. The temple still preserves many valuable ancient architectural features of high cultural and aesthetic value, and also serves as a center for cultural and religious activities of the community.

Sinh Qua communal house is not only an ancient architectural structure, but also the "soul" of the village, a place that fosters unity, patriotism, and pride in the traditions of the homeland. Through the ups and downs of time, the communal house remains a sacred place for descendants to connect with their roots and pay tribute to their ancestors.
However, due to the effects of time, the structure had seriously deteriorated. In 2024, Sinh Qua village communal house received attention and investment from the state and various levels of government for restoration and renovation with a total budget of 22.8 billion VND.
With the attention of all levels of government and the consensus of the people, the restoration and renovation project was implemented systematically, preserving the original elements while simultaneously beautifying the landscape, ensuring a clean, durable, and beautiful appearance.
After a period of careful and meticulous construction, the communal house has now been completed, regaining its majestic and ancient appearance, preserving traditional values while meeting the cultural and religious needs of the people.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Minh commune, Nguyen Dang Viet, emphasized: "The village communal house is not only a place of worship for deities who have contributed to the people and the country, but also a sacred symbol and a center of spiritual culture for the entire community. The inauguration of this project is a great source of pride for the people of Sinh Qua village, demonstrating the principle of 'drinking water, remembering the source,' and the connection between tradition and modernity."
He also expressed his hope that the local people would continue to uphold the tradition of unity, preserve historical relics, strictly abide by the law, actively participate in labor and production emulation, build a new life and a new culture, and make their homeland increasingly developed, prosperous, beautiful, and civilized.
