Da Teh 3 Commune started building Gratitude House for military families

On the morning of August 22, Lam Dong Provincial Military Command and the Defense Command of Region 3 - Bao Lam coordinated with the Party Committee and authorities of Da Teh 3 commune to start building a House of Gratitude for Ms. Hoang Thi Thu's family.

Units held the groundbreaking ceremony to build a house of gratitude for Ms. Hoang Thi Thu.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Lieutenant Colonel K'Tien, Deputy Political Commissar, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Le Van Dung, Political Commissar of the Defense Command of Region 3 - Bao Lam, and leaders of Da Teh 3 commune.

Ms. Hoang Thi Thu has a son who is a soldier performing military service at Division 302. Her family has difficult housing circumstances.

The Defense Command of Region 3, Lam Dong Provincial Military Command and Military Region 7 actively support the removal of temporary houses for families.

The Lam Dong Provincial Military Command, the Defense Command of Region 3 - Bao Lam in coordination with the Party Committee and the authorities of Da Teh 3 commune to start the construction of a "House of Gratitude" for Ms. Hoang Thi Thu's family is a very meaningful activity, aiming to build and strengthen the relationship of solidarity between the army and the people. At the same time, it helps children who are performing their military service feel secure in their work and complete their assigned tasks.

It is known that in the first 6 months of 2025, the Military Command of Da Huoai District (old) and the Defense Command of Region 3, Lam Dong Provincial Military Command and Military Region 7 consulted and coordinated to support the construction and repair of 4 houses for households with difficult housing circumstances in the area.

Of these, 3 were newly built with a support of 80 million VND each, including 1 "Comrade House" in Da Huoai commune, 2 "Military - Civilian Gratitude Houses" in Da Teh 2 commune and Cat Tien 2 commune; 1 repaired house with a support of 40 million VND in Da Teh commune.

These projects are practical work, contributing to the effective implementation of the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, while spreading the noble image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new era.

This is also a meaningful activity towards the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Lam Dong Provincial Armed Forces (August 23, 1945 - August 23, 2025), the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Military Region 7 and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
