Mr. Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan was elected as a member of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.

The new Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan, was elected by delegates of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council as a member of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

4th Session - Special Session of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021 - 2026

On the morning of October 27, at the 4th Session - Special Session of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, term X, term 2021 - 2026, the Provincial People's Council elected an additional member of the Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan - Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.

The meeting took place under the chairmanship of comrade K'Mák, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council.

Comrades: Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Bui Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended the meeting.

Director of Lam Dong Department of Home Affairs Do Van Chung presented the proposal to elect additional member of the Provincial People's Committee for Mr. Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan.

According to Decision No. 120 dated October 24, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the transfer of leaders and managers, Mr. Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan was transferred to work at the Provincial People's Committee and was appointed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong.

Delegates of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council voted to elect Mr. Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan as an additional member of the Provincial People's Committee.

Based on the submission of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Council collected opinions and voted to elect Mr. Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan as a member of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee.

As a result, 100% of the Provincial People's Council delegates unanimously elected Mr. Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan as an additional member of the Provincial People's Committee.

Before being appointed as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment on October 24, Mr. Tan held the position of Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Thuy ward, Lam Dong province.
