Hai Ninh Commune: Commenced construction of upgrading a series of essential infrastructure works to serve people's lives and production

On November 29, the People's Committee of Hai Ninh commune organized the groundbreaking ceremony for a series of projects to renovate, improve, and upgrade roads, sidewalks, drainage ditches, and entertainment spots in Hai Tien 2 village. The project has a total investment of 5.5 billion VND from the commune budget.

According to the Approval Decision No. 442/QD-UBND, the investment scale includes the synchronous upgrading of a traffic route of more than 734m long and a drainage system; construction of a playground and entertainment area for people with a concrete yard area of ​​more than 1,366m² in the area behind Dan Tien communal house yard. At the same time, the locality will renovate Hai Tien 2 Kindergarten (currently no longer in use) to convert its function into a Village Cultural House, serving the needs of community activities.

Hai Ninh commune leaders requested the contractor to speed up the renovation and upgrading of 3 irrigation canals to serve people's production.

On the same day, Hai Ninh commune also repaired and renovated 3 irrigation canals, including: Pat Cap irrigation canal and the intra-field irrigation canal system in Hai Tien 1 and Hai Tien 2 villages. The upgrading of the irrigation system aims to overcome local degradation, ensure stable irrigation capacity, and effectively serve the people's agricultural production.

Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, construction units urgently mobilized machinery and human resources, striving to complete the entire project before Tet, contributing to completing technical infrastructure and improving the appearance of new rural areas in the area.
