The 3rd Cultural and Sports Festival of Ethnic Minorities in Krong Pa District in 2025 took place with many rich and attractive activities such as: recreating traditional festivals, gong performances, folk songs and dances, performing traditional musical instruments, demonstrating traditional crafts, street gong parades, performing traditional costumes, pounding rice with a pair of pestles and competing in traditional sports.
After 2 exciting days (from April 22 to 23), the Organizing Committee awarded 68 prizes to artisans and athletes participating in the Festival. Including 17 prizes for cultural competitions and 51 sports prizes. The first prize for the whole delegation was awarded to the delegation of Ia Rmok commune; the second prize was awarded to Uar commune; the third prize was awarded to Phu Can commune; the two communes of Chu Drang and Chu Rcam shared the consolation prize.
This is a practical activity to celebrate the 46th anniversary of the establishment of Krong Pa district (April 23, 1979 - April 23, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). Through the festival, artisans and athletes have the opportunity to exchange, learn, strengthen solidarity and spread love, awareness of preserving and promoting cultural traditions in the community.
