" He also called on investors and businesses to be interested in exploring investment opportunities in My Yen - an area with a favorable location, infrastructure being completed and abundant human resources.

Currently, the commune has two industrial parks with a total area of over 306 hectares, with an occupancy rate of about 95%. The commune has Go Den central market and more than 1,300 small and retail production establishments along with 883 operating enterprises. The total product value in the commune is estimated at 110.89%, of which the industrial - construction sector is estimated at 110.6%, the trade - service sector is estimated at 110.3%, the agriculture - forestry - fishery sector is estimated at 100.6%. The commune's state budget revenue reached nearly 25 billion VND, equal to 86.43% of the estimate.

The commune government pays special attention to improving the investment environment and supporting businesses. In the first 9 months of the year, the rate of timely settlement of administrative procedures reached over 98%, online public services reached 99.58%. The commune People's Committee organized 10 inspections and environmental sanitation treatment sessions, and issued an inter-sectoral inspection plan in the fields of land, construction, agriculture , environment and business. Thereby, contributing to creating a safe, transparent and sustainable production and business environment.

At the meeting, representatives of many businesses raised practical opinions and recommendations during their operations such as: difficulties in recruiting labor, especially technical labor; problems in bidding procedures and implementing investment projects; wishing for the government to support ensuring stable operation of the power grid; speeding up compensation and site clearance in some areas; strengthening policies to support the development of local product brands, preferential loan programs for small and medium enterprises; and at the same time proposing to promote digital transformation and electronic invoices, helping to save costs and improve management efficiency...

Mr. Hua Duy Luan - Chairman of Ben Luc Young Entrepreneurs Association said: "The young entrepreneur community is always ready to share experiences and contribute ideas in socio-economic development, as well as actively participate in social security activities in the locality.
