
The Commune Police, Commune Military Command, Nui Thanh Commune Economic Department, Border Guard Squadron 2 (Da Nang City Border Guard) and Ky Ha Port Border Guard Station simultaneously deployed to check and review the situation of fishermen at sea, promptly informed the direction of the storm and assisted ship owners in finding safe anchorage.
Two specialized canoes of Border Guard Squadron 2 and Ky Ha Port Border Guard Station were mobilized to conduct mobile propaganda and directly tow aquaculture cages and vehicles to shore.

According to statistics, Nui Thanh commune currently has 31 vessels operating offshore; 512 vessels have entered the safe anchorage area, including 10 of fishermen from other localities. In addition, 105 fish farms of 60 households in the coastal area are being mobilized by the government to be reinforced or relocated to a safe location.
Along with the inspection work, the Nui Thanh commune government has coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations to increase propaganda on loudspeakers and directly to each household, calling for strict implementation of the "four on-the-spot" motto in natural disaster prevention and control.
