Verifying clip of woman kicking and beating little girl in the middle of the street

(Dan Tri) - On November 8, Vinh Long City Police (Vinh Long Province) are urgently investigating a clip recording a woman assaulting a little girl in the middle of the street.

Previously, social networks circulated a clip longer than one minute recording a woman beating a little girl.

The woman held a rope and repeatedly hit the little girl. The victim was helpless, holding her head, crying and begging (Photo: Cut from clip).

In the clip, the woman repeatedly kicked the little girl right on the street. The little girl sat helplessly holding her head and begged, "Mom, please don't hit me anymore."

The woman continued to approach the motorbike, took out the rope, grabbed the girl’s hair, and repeatedly hit her. Many people witnessed the incident, but no one intervened.

In addition to the above clip, there is another clip showing a character resembling the woman arguing and fighting with a man at night.

This man is said to be the husband and had a conflict with the woman about the man beating the little girl this morning. During the argument, the woman, holding a knife, said "I gave birth to my child and I don't have the right to hit her".

Both clips posted on social networking sites attracted the attention of the online community.
