E5RON 92 and RON 95 gasoline both increased by more than 200 VND/liter

In the gasoline and oil price adjustment session this afternoon (August 7), the price of E5RON92 gasoline increased by 207 VND/liter; RON95-III gasoline increased by 234 VND/liter). Meanwhile, 2/3 of oil products were adjusted to decrease in price.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, the world's gasoline and oil market in this operating period (from July 31 to August 6) is affected by main factors such as: Updated information on US tax policy on imported goods of trading partners; OPEC+'s decision to increase oil production in September; the ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine... The above factors have caused world gasoline and oil prices to fluctuate up and down depending on each item in recent days.

Given the developments in world gasoline and oil prices, fluctuations in the VND/USD exchange rate and current regulations, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance decided not to set aside or use the Gasoline and Oil Price Stabilization Fund.

The selling prices of popular gasoline and oil products on the market are as follows: E5RON92 gasoline is not higher than VND 19,608/liter (up VND 207/liter), lower than RON95-III gasoline by VND 466/liter; RON95-III gasoline: not higher than VND 20,074/liter (up VND 234/liter).

Diesel 0.05S is not higher than VND 18,800/liter (down VND 268/liter); kerosene is not higher than VND 18,660/liter (down VND 54/liter) and mazut 180CST 3.5S is not higher than VND 15,647/kg (up VND 114/kg).
