Building a policy credit capital plan project for the period 2026-2030

In order to achieve the goal of transferring budget capital in the following year higher than the previous year (at least 20%) and by 2030 accounting for at least 30% of the total capital according to Plan No. 386-KH/TU of the Standing Committee of the Can Tho City Party Committee, the Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the directors of the following departments and branches: City Police, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, Home Affairs, Education and Training, Ethnic and Religious Affairs; requested socio-political organizations to receive the mandate to review the subjects in need of loans and send them to the City Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) Branch. At the same time, assigned the Chairman of the District People's Committee to direct relevant departments and offices to coordinate with the District VBSP Transaction Office to develop a Project on TDCS capital plan for the period 2026-2030 to advise the District People's Committee to approve the Project and submit to the People's Council to arrange budget capital in the local medium-term and annual public investment plan.

Based on the synthesis of loan demand according to the proposals of departments, branches and sectors, the Director of the City Social Policy Bank Branch shall coordinate in developing the Project on TDCS capital plan for the period 2026-2030 in the city suitable for each subject; direct the District Social Policy Bank Transaction Office to coordinate with relevant departments and sectors to develop and complete the Project on TDCS capital plan for the period 2026-2030 in the area, send it to the City Department of Finance for consultation and submission to the City People's Committee for consideration and decision. The Director of the Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the City Social Policy Bank Branch to submit to the City People's Committee for approval of the Project; advise the City People's Council to approve the subjects of loans and arrange the budget capital entrusted to the Social Policy Bank for lending.
