In order to closely follow the characteristics of building a "people's heart position" in ethnic and religious areas, there must be creative and specific ways of doing things. The Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command determined to innovate mass mobilization work closely with the characteristics of the area and the target, not only in words but also in actions and deeds. On that basis, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command closely coordinated with local Party committees and authorities and departments, branches and organizations to maintain the grassroots mass mobilization activities, organizing hundreds of field trips to do mass mobilization work in the past 5 years.

In particular, implementing the policy of the Party Committee of Military Region 7 "Strengthening solidarity, friendliness, support and assistance to ethnic minorities and religions", from 2020 to present, the Military Command of Dong Nai province has built and donated 17 cultural and sports facilities at religious establishments and ethnic minority residential areas; handed over 51 great solidarity houses and 1 cultural house to support ethnic minorities.
For many years, the Party Committee and the Military Command of Dong Nai province have maintained regular meetings with religious dignitaries, officials, and monks; visited and presented gifts to religious establishments during holidays and Tet; signed a cooperation agreement with the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha at the provincial level; met and agreed on plans and intentions to coordinate with parish priests, parish priests, parish priests, political leaders, etc. of Catholic, Catholic, and Cao Dai religions; organized Christmas celebrations for Catholic cadres and soldiers; honored village elders, village chiefs, and prestigious people in military and national defense work...
