Comrade Nguyen Van Quang, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee attended and directed the Congress. Also attending the Congress were leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors and 136 party members representing 535 party members of the entire commune Party Committee.
Nghi Duc Commune was established on the basis of merging Duc Phu Commune and Nghi Duc Commune, with a natural area of over 114.9 km² and a population of over 20,700 people. Nghi Duc Commune Party Committee was established on the basis of merging Duc Phu Commune Party Committee and the old Nghi Duc Commune, including 28 grassroots branches with 535 party members.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the Congress assessed the results of implementing the targets and tasks achieved in the 2020 - 2025 term.
Accordingly, Nghi Duc achieved and exceeded the set targets. Notably, budget revenue increased by an average of over 10% annually, and per capita income increased by 1.23 times compared to 2020 (from 43 million VND in 2020 to 53 million VND in early 2025).
The rate of trained workers reached 85.8%; the poverty rate decreased from 9.11% at the beginning of the term to 4.8% by the end of 2024 (an average decrease of over 1%/year). The commune met the standards, maintained and improved 19 new rural criteria.
The Party Committee of the commune is classified as having fulfilled its tasks well, the Front and socio-political organizations are all classified as having fulfilled their tasks well or better.
The congress aims to build and develop Nghi Duc commune comprehensively in all areas, taking the happiness and prosperity of the people as the goal to strive for. Determined to build Nghi Duc commune to meet advanced new rural standards, striving to make Nghi Duc commune a fairly developed commune of Lam Dong province by 2030.
In the period of 2025 - 2030, the Party Committee of the commune strives for an average income per capita that meets the requirements of the new rural roadmap, an annual increase in state budget revenue of 10% or more, an annual decrease in the poverty rate of 1% to 1.5%, and 100% of households using clean water.
On average, every year, over 80% of grassroots party organizations and party members are assessed and classified as having fulfilled their tasks well or better; over 80% of socio-political organizations have fulfilled their tasks well or better.
By 2030, per capita income will increase 1.55 times compared to 2025. 100% of schools will meet level 1 infrastructure standards, communes will meet national health standards. Communes will meet advanced new rural standards, over 97% of households will achieve the title of cultural family; the proportion of the population participating in digital transformation will be over 75%.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Van Quang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, highly appreciated the solidarity, unity and efforts of Party committees at all levels, authorities and local people in socio-economic, national defense - security, Party building and political system.
The Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also pointed out the advantages, difficulties and oriented the key tasks that need to be focused on in the 2025-2030 term.
The Congress and the Party Committee of Nghi Duc commune quickly stabilized the organization, built a great solidarity bloc, and unified will and action throughout the Party Committee.

To successfully implement the goals set out in the new term, the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Party Committee of Nghi Duc commune to lead and direct the acceleration of economic restructuring, encourage the development of advantageous local industries, encourage the development of many collective economic models, and attract investment in Nghi Duc Industrial Cluster and Blao Intersection Commercial Area.
Continue to digitize records and data, build digital government to serve people and businesses quickly, conveniently and transparently.
Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system, associated with promoting administrative reform within the Party. Strengthening the work of ensuring national defense and security; proactively grasping the situation, promptly resolving issues arising from the grassroots.
Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Dang Le - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Commune People's Council said that immediately after the Congress, the Commune Party Executive Committee will urgently develop and issue an action program to implement the Congress Resolution, issue appropriate resolutions and thematic plans to specify the key tasks and breakthroughs of the term.
The Party Committee of the commune will lead the best exploitation of the potential and advantages of its locality and use all solutions to promote faster and more effective socio-economic development, focus on improving and enhancing people's lives, strengthen military, defense and security tasks, and build a strong Party Committee and political system.
