Red sand from the high hills flows down to Highway 1.

At the scene, sand spilled down and covered the road in both directions. The spilled sand stretched for hundreds of meters. The mud and sand caused subsidence, making it very difficult for vehicles, especially motorbikes, to move.

Local authorities mobilized excavators and dump trucks to quickly clear the sand from the road surface, creating a lane for vehicles. Authorities also controlled traffic from a distance, signaling vehicles to slow down.

This is not the first time sand has flooded the road at this location during heavy rain. The last time was on September 15.

A resident living near the scene said that since the afternoon of November 1st, there has been heavy rain in this area. Then the above situation occurred.

At this location, on September 2nd, there was also a situation of sand and soil overflowing onto the highway and stagnant rainwater. It is known that the rainwater overflowed from the upper part of a household. This location used to be a mineral mining site.
