Nghe An Department of Education and Training also requested Nghia Dan District Education Department to direct Nghia Loc Kindergarten to regularly monitor the health status, visit and encourage the children who were beaten in the 5-year-old kindergarten class A2 so that the children can return to school as soon as possible.

Previously, on the afternoon of October 8, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Dan District requested the school to temporarily suspend Ms. D.TS, who was assigned to look after this class, to clarify responsibilities. However, Ms. Pham Thi Kien, Principal of Nghia Loc Kindergarten, said that after a meeting with relevant units, the school withdrew the temporary suspension of teacher D.TS from childcare to clarify further.

Ms. Kien also said that the two children who were beaten by their friends and had to be hospitalized are now stable and eating normally. The four children who were beaten less severely have returned to school. As for the child who beat his friend, on the morning of October 9, the school coordinated with the child's family to take the child for a health check to see if there were any unusual signs.

According to the report of Nghia Loc Kindergarten, class 5 years old A2 is managed by 2 teachers Tr.QM and LTL. On the afternoon of October 7, Ms. M. and Ms. L. were mobilized by the school board to do other work and assigned Ms. D.TS to manage this class.

However, Ms. S. did not regularly supervise the class, so an incident occurred when a girl in the same class used a plastic toy tube and a glue stick to hit 6 friends, 2 of whom had to be hospitalized.
