On the morning of October 5, Hong Linh Joint Stock Auction Company organized an auction by indirect voting for 10 land lots in the planning area of ​​residential group 6, Nguyen Du ward (Ha Tinh city).

Through a public, transparent auction in accordance with legal regulations, Hong Linh Joint Stock Auction Company successfully auctioned 10/10 lots, earning more than 41,654 billion VND, exceeding the starting price of 13,155 billion VND.

Previously, from October 2, 2023, Hong Linh Joint Stock Auction Company began accepting auction documents. The starting price of the land lots ranges from over VND 1,866 billion to over VND 3,342 billion/lot, with an area of ​​149.4 - 162 ^m2 /lot.

The residential land in residential group 6 has a prime location, attracting many investors in the auction on October 5.

According to records at the auction, on average, each lot had 10-15 customers participating in the auction. Notably, there were 4 lots that exceeded 14 price steps (each step was 135 million VND), from the starting price of over 3.34 billion VND to the winning bid of over 5.23 billion VND.

The successful auction of the land lots has created an important source of revenue for the Ha Tinh city budget.
