BTO-This afternoon (January 22), Mr. Huynh Van Hung - Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council chaired a press conference, providing information on the content of the 20th session (special session) - Provincial People's Council term XI. The meeting was attended by press agencies in the province.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council decided to convene the 20th session (special session) - Provincial People's Council, term XI on January 26, 2024 at Hall B - Provincial Conference Center. The main contents of the session are to consider and decide on Resolutions on the Capital Plan to implement the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas in 2024 in the province; Regulations on support expenditure levels for people assigned to directly help educated people in communes, wards and towns in the province; Stop the investment policy of the Specialized Archives project of Binh Thuan province; Approve the investment policy of the project to Upgrade and Expand Road 230A, Dong Ha commune, Duc Linh district.
At the same time, the Provincial People's Council also considered and decided to approve the draft Resolution on Regulations on the mechanism for integrating capital sources between national target programs; between other project programs to implement national target programs for the period 2021 - 2025 in the province; Plan for central budget capital and counterpart capital of local budget to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in 2024 in the province; On the allocation of state budget capital in 2024 to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the province; Approving the investment policy for the project of Purchasing medical equipment of the Provincial Hospital.
On the other hand, the Provincial People's Council will consider and pass the Resolution on Approving the adjustment of the investment policy of the project Route No. 2 connecting DT.706 and DT.706B, Phu Hai ward, Phan Thiet city; Adjusting the investment policy of the Binh Minh Kindergarten project, Duc Linh district; List of projects that have not been implemented after 3 years, list of projects to change the purpose of using rice land, protective forest land, special-use forest land and list of projects in cases where the State will reclaim land in 2024 in the districts: Tuy Phong, Bac Binh, Ham Thuan Nam, Ham Tan, Tanh Linh, Duc Linh, Phu Quy; Regulations on a number of contents and norms of state budget expenditure to implement activities to support the development of linked production according to the value chain and community production development under the National Target Programs for the period 2021-2025 in the province.
In addition, at this session, the Provincial People's Council will conduct personnel work within its authority.
