18 Contestants Win Prizes at the Mathnasium Championship 2025 Finals

The winning candidates took souvenir photos.

On November 2, the Mathnasium Championship 2025 Southern Region Finals took place in Ho Chi Minh City with 289 contestants participating.

Officially starting on August 20, Mathnasium Championship 2025 will go through three rounds: Preliminary, Semi-Final and Final.

Participants are students from 6 to 11 years old nationwide, divided into 6 exam levels corresponding to grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

After intense and dramatic competitions, the 18 best faces of 6 levels were honored:

Level 1: First prize belongs to contestant Hoang Chi Phong; Second prize belongs to Nguyen Lam Thanh Binh; Third prize belongs to Phan Minh Cat Di.

Level 2: Contestant Pham Van Nhat Minh won first prize; second prize went to Tran Yen Chi; and third prize went to Mai Nhat Huy.

Level 3: First prize awarded to Hoang Quoc Bao; Second prize awarded to Nguyen Quoc Nam An; and Third prize awarded to Do Hoang Bach.

Level 4: First prize belongs to Tran Ngoc Quoc Hung; Second prize belongs to Nguyen Vinh Nguyen; Third prize belongs to Nguyen Gia Bao

Level 5: First prize belongs to Le Quang Bach; Second prize belongs to Nguyen Thanh Dat; Third prize belongs to Ho Duc Khang.

Level 6: First prize awarded to Phu Anh Quan; Second prize awarded to Le Nhat Bao; Third prize awarded to Huynh Tri Dung.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hoang Diem, General Director of Mathnasium Vietnam, awarded the laurel wreath to the first prize winner.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Le Thai Bao Thien Trung, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Vice Chairman of the Mathnasium Championship 2025 Professional Council, Mathnasium Championship does not ask questions that require students to have advanced or in-depth knowledge of Mathematics, but focuses on students' ability to apply flexible thinking to specific problems and situations within a certain period of time.

To become the best contestants of the contest, you must have sharp reasoning skills, quick calculation and decisiveness in giving answers.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hoang Diem, General Director of Mathnasium Vietnam, said that 2025 marks a special milestone, 10 years of Mathnasium Championship accompanying generations of students on the journey to unleash their mathematical thinking talents.

Through the competition, Mathnasium hopes to give students the opportunity to access an advanced learning method, contributing to shaping and developing comprehensive thinking capacity, creating a solid foundation for their future.
