232 households received money and handed over construction site for the Hoa River Bridge Construction Project.

On the morning of September 29, Vice Chairman of Vinh Am Commune People's Committee Nguyen Thi Len informed that, implementing the direction of Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Anh Quan at the inspection of the implementation of the Hoa River Bridge Construction Investment Project, the Commune People's Committee focused on promoting propaganda and mobilizing households that have not yet received money to quickly receive money and hand over the site to the investor.

After a period of persistent persuasion, by September 28, the commune had persuaded 7 more households: Tran Thi At (pond land), Dao Trong Quy (garden land), Dao Thi Yen, Do Thi Gam, Khong Huu Kieu, Khong Huu Dac, Khong Thi Thanh Huyen to agree to receive money to hand over the site to the project construction unit.

Currently, there are 3 households Dao Trong Viet, Dao Trong Kien, Trinh Khac Son who have not received money to hand over the site to the investor. The People's Committee of the commune continues to propagate and mobilize households to receive money soon, hand over the site to the construction unit, and strive to complete before October 5.

Along with the mobilization process, Vinh Am Commune People's Committee also completed the dossier to organize compulsory land recovery and protect construction contractors for households that deliberately did not comply.

The Hoa River Bridge construction investment project, connecting Hai Phong city and Hung Yen province, is 1.65 km long, with an expected land area of 3.98 hectares, involving 235 households and 8 organizations. Of which, residential land is 0.38 hectares with 120 households, agricultural land is 0.91 hectares with 59 households, land of organizations is 0.09 hectares, and irrigation land is 2.6 hectares.
