29 provinces and cities converge on the ancient capital of Hue to introduce tourism and cultural heritage

Last night, April 27, in Hue City, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) in collaboration with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DCT) of Hue City opened the exhibition "Tourism space, cultural heritage, scenic spots and traditional handicrafts of Vietnam". This is an event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and national reunification; and is also one of the series of events within the framework of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025.

The exhibition recreates the historical imprints of the ancient capital regions, introduces tangible and intangible cultural heritages of Vietnam that have been honored by UNESCO; historical relics and typical landscapes of all regions of the country; the hidden beauty in the cultural and spiritual life of the Vietnamese ethnic communities...

Introduce the typical culture of each region.

The exhibition with the participation of 29 provinces and cities nationwide and many organizations and individuals with the desire to introduce to international tourists and domestic friends the unique cultural values ​​of each region, introduce tourism potential, famous tourist destinations and the beauty that nature bestows on the S-shaped strip of land.

Many traditional handicraft products are introduced at the exhibition.

According to Mr. Phan Thanh Hai, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue City, the exhibition "Tourism space, cultural heritage, scenic spots and traditional handicraft products of Vietnam" is a meaningful activity, contributing to promoting the image of a beautiful Vietnam with a strong national identity.

The exhibition is one of a series of events within the framework of National Tourism Year - Hue 2025.

The exhibition space is also a place for meeting, exchanging and connecting localities, tourism businesses, artisans and the community, creating opportunities to promote tourism and culture, while promoting creative economic development and preserving national cultural heritage.

This is also an opportunity for units to exchange, share and learn experiences in the work of preserving, maintaining and promoting the value of cultural heritage and natural resources, promoting regional connectivity and enhancing the position of Vietnamese tourism on the world tourism map.

Within the framework of the exhibition, there will be special art programs gathering artists and artisans from many provinces and cities in the country such as: the program "Shining colors of Heritage" on April 28; "Returning to the Land of Perfume" on April 29; "Young rhythm of life"; art exchange "My homeland Vietnam" (May 1) ...

In particular, on the evening of April 30, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, the Organizing Committee will organize the art program "Vietnam's Triumphant Song"... The exhibition will last until May 2.
