30 trainees trained to upgrade TOT - IPM lecturers to TOT - IPHM

On the morning of November 4, the Northern Center for Crop Production and Plant Protection under the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection coordinated with the Provincial Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection to organize an Advanced Training Course for TOT-IPM trainers to TOT - IPHM in Phu Tho province. Attending and directing the training course were representatives of the leaders of the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection and the Provincial Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection.

The training course was attended by 30 trainees who are officers of the Provincial Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection. Trainees were trained on the following contents: Knowledge, principles of IPHM, IPM, technical measures of IPM, IPHM; biological control measures; healthy varieties; soil health and nutrition for crops; ecological agriculture ; soil ecology, soil improvement measures; sustainable weed management; fertilizers; environmental protection; greenhouse gas reduction and climate change response; legal documents and management systems on pesticides, new generation pesticides, biological pesticides; training skills...

Trainees attended the Advanced Training course for TOT-IPM lecturers to TOT-IPHM.

The advanced training course for TOT - IPM lecturers to TOT - IPHM aims to supplement knowledge on plant health management for TOT - IPM lecturers so that lecturers are qualified to become TOT - IPHM lecturers. Thereby creating a source of IPHM lecturers to train and organize training courses for colleagues and farmers on integrated plant health management IPHM applied to production practices in localities.
