41% of units in the Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Agencies have no more sources to recruit Party members.

The main reason is that units are streamlining their apparatus and not recruiting civil servants, public employees, and workers.

In 2023, the Provincial Agencies Party Committee admitted 126 party members, exceeding the target assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee by 6 members. The Party Committees that admitted more than the target included: Hai Duong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company, exceeding the target by 11 party members; Department of Natural Resources and Environment exceeding the target by 6 party members; Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. exceeding the target by 4 party members.

The units that admitted many party members fell short of the assigned targets: the Party Cell of Hai Duong Medical College did not meet the target of 6 party members; the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism did not meet the target of 4 party members.
