On the morning of September 15, Ha Tinh Employment Service Center coordinated with the Center for Development and Integration ( Hanoi City) to organize a job fair and a discussion on human resource development towards sustainable employment - from policy to practice.
Attending were representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches, units and a large number of workers and businesses.

At the job fair, nearly 250 workers were provided with free information and advice on jobs, careers, unemployment insurance policies; learned about labor export programs; and studied vocational training in Japan, Korea, Germany, etc.
In particular, workers are provided with information about industries with large recruitment targets and high incomes such as: garment, information technology, driving, construction, general labor... Thereby, helping workers fully grasp information about jobs, vocational training, programs to work and study abroad, related policies and connection to labor market information.

Within the framework of the job fair, workers also have the opportunity to directly interact and exchange with management agencies, businesses, and training facilities about employment and related policies on building high-quality human resources.

At the fair, 56 businesses inside and outside the province registered to recruit more than 4,200 workers.
Many workers were interviewed, directly consulted and successfully connected with employers right at the fair.
