Creating new jobs for nearly 50,000 people

Along with implementing economic development goals, Phu Tho province has been effectively implementing job creation, contributing to improving living standards and creating sustainable development motivation for workers.

In particular, policies on labor, employment, and job placement assistance are implemented regularly. Forms of connection in recruitment are widely deployed through conferences, job introduction consultation seminars, mobile job fairs... In the first 9 months of 2025, the whole province created jobs for nearly 50,000 people, reaching 97.7% of the yearly plan. Of which, more than 5,000 people went to work abroad for a limited period, reaching 119.7% of the yearly plan.

Along with that, activities related to foreign worker management were implemented effectively and scientifically . In the first 9 months of 2025, the province approved more than 2,200 job positions for 879 businesses in need; issued licenses to 3,284 workers; revoked 521 work permits and refused to handle more than 400 foreign worker files that did not comply with the provisions of law.
