(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of March 15, the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen District coordinated with the Housing Management and Trading Company Limited and the Department of Construction to organize the 10th draw to determine apartment locations for households in old apartment buildings in Dong Quoc Binh Ward who are eligible to be arranged to live in apartment buildings HH3-HH4 and HH1.
This time, according to the list approved by the City People's Committee, there are 94 households that meet the conditions approved by the city to draw lots to determine the location of apartments in apartment buildings HH3-HH4 and HH1 in Dong Quoc Binh ward. Of which, there are 26 households in group A, 4 households in group B and 64 households in group C.
As before, households in group A were allocated apartments with the largest areas, from 54.47 m2 to 54.89 m2. Group B were allocated corner apartments with areas from 47.49 to 47.54 m2. Households in group C were allocated apartments with areas from 47.21 to 49.13 m2.
At the Conference, households participated in the draw to determine the location of the apartment and carry out some procedures according to regulations. Up to now, the relocation of households in 34 old apartment buildings serving the Project of investing in technical infrastructure construction serving the investment projects to renovate old apartment buildings in Dong Quoc Binh ward (phase 2), there are 582 households with qualified documents approved by the city, participating in the draw to receive apartments in the new apartment building./.
