Six years after winning the runner-up title of Sao Mai National Contest 2019, singer Thanh Tam suddenly announced her stage name as RENA. With the new stage name, the female singer hopes to return with a new, youthful and sexy image.

RENA graduated from the Vocal Department - Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture and Arts in 2019. Also in this year, she participated in Sao Mai 2019, won first prize in the Southern region in the light music category and excellently won second place nationwide.

Before officially returning, RENA experienced many changes in work, family and love.

"After Sao Mai, I still sang but didn't have many breakthroughs. Life had many changes, I switched to business and there was a period of 3 years when I almost lost my passion for music . But the further away, the more I realized that love was still inside me. I wanted to come back, renew myself, do something that the audience had never seen from me before," RENA shared.

Along with changing her stage name, RENA also released a new music project called EUREKA . The song is in the R&B genre, with a catchy, liberal melody, expressing the singer's free and modern spirit.

In the MV, RENA transforms into a sexy actress, confidently flirting with the man she likes with her eyes and body language. She also shows many hot dance segments, bringing a completely different image from before.

Musician Ta Anh Thang, who composed EUREKA, shared: "When I think of a voice that is feminine, seductive, and yet has emotional depth, I immediately think of RENA.

It can be said that this is a song "tailor-made" for her. After many times working together, I feel RENA's determination and seriousness with music and I believe EUREKA is a product born for her."

RENA said this is the project she has invested the most in so far, marking her "rebirth" journey after a long hiatus.

The singer shared that deciding to go it alone made her face many financial and orientation difficulties, but those challenges helped her mature and become more confident.

"I watch many reality shows like Chi dep dap gio, Em xinh say hi ... and see artists who once lost their passion find their inspiration again. I long to have that," RENA said.
