With the mission of "Contributing to society through cuisine", Acecook Vietnam has demonstrated its role as a sustainable development-oriented enterprise over the past 30 years.
As a pioneer brand in the field of instant food in Vietnam, Acecook not only focuses on technological innovation but also steadfastly builds sustainable products, ensuring a closed process from factory to consumer.
Each package of Acecook Vietnam noodles not only meets the need for quick, filling meals but also reflects the responsibility of the manufacturer, balancing convenience, nutritional value, Vietnamese culinary identity and international standards.
Responsibility to consumers
The trend of healthy eating is on the rise in Vietnam. Grasping this need, businesses are constantly improving the value of their products by adding vitamins and minerals. Acecook Vietnam's products bring convenience and positive emotions to users, as well as maintaining a balanced diet.
To realize that commitment, the company has been developing pioneering products. Most recently, Acecook Vietnam launched Dalago noodles with noodles made from fresh vegetables, without using synthetic colorants.
Previously, the company added essential nutrients to familiar products such as Hao Hao noodles (added calcium), Phu Huong vermicelli (reduced calories, added vitamin B12), Ohayo porridge (added fiber) and Doraemon cup noodles (added calcium for children).

Responsibility to the origin
For Acecook Vietnam products to be present in more than 40 countries and territories, the support of domestic consumers from the very beginning is indispensable. From that foundation, the company always strives to honor local agricultural products and preserve traditional culinary culture.
Instant rice noodle products (pho, vermicelli, hu tieu...) are clear evidence of the combination of Japanese technology and Vietnamese culinary quintessence, while affirming the position of Vietnamese cuisine on the world map.

Acecook Vietnam prioritizes the use of domestic agricultural products to reduce the load on the supply chain and enhance sustainable value for Vietnamese agriculture. Exported products are labeled Informed Gluten-Free (certifying that the product meets strict standards on gluten content) or V-Label Vegan (certifying that the product does not contain ingredients of animal origin and is not tested on animals)... to meet diverse needs, helping global consumers feel secure in their choices.
Responsibility to global standards
Food safety and hygiene is the top priority of Acecook Vietnam. Since 2015, the company has invested in a modern laboratory that meets international standards ISO 17025:2017 and is recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
With advanced machinery systems, the laboratory continuously expands the scope of testing food safety indicators, from pesticides, allergens to GMOs. In 2018, Acecook Vietnam continued to develop a specialized chromatography laboratory, allowing for the analysis of pesticide residues and mycotoxins at a high level of accuracy.
In parallel, the company maintains and re-certifies a series of international standards such as ISO 22000:2018, BRC, IFS Food and HACCP. These certifications are a testament to the company's strong commitment to ensuring absolute quality and safety for each product delivered to consumers.

Environmental and social responsibility
In addition to meeting health standards, Acecook Vietnam also focuses on environmental responsibility. From July 2024, nearly 90% of cup and bowl noodle production has switched to paper packaging, helping to reduce about 1,900 tons of plastic per year.
In the same year, the company cooperated with Vina Kraft Paper Co., Ltd. to recycle 7,000-8,000 tons of paper packaging under the EPR recycling responsibility. In addition, 1,500 tons of production by-products are reused as animal feed each year, forming a sustainable cycle, both reducing environmental pressure and optimizing operational efficiency.
The company is also gradually replacing plastic forks with bioplastic with 40% to less than 60% bio-carbon content on some cup noodles, bowls, and forks that have achieved OK Biobased 2* certification from TUV Austria (Europe).
This is an important step, of great significance in reducing single-use plastic, affirming the spirit of "Green consumption - Healthy living" that the business spreads.
After nearly 3 decades of companionship, Acecook Vietnam has turned sustainable development from a trend into a philosophy in each core product.
The strategy “Cook Happiness Through Innovation” is the guiding principle, affirming that innovation not only serves growth, but is also a commitment to bringing long-term happiness to the community - through products that are increasingly better in quality and sustainability.
