The meeting was attended by Mr. Pham Toan Vuong, Member of the Board of Members, General Director of Agribank and Mr. To Manh Cuong, Member of the Board of Members, General Director of MobiFone and senior leaders and representatives of professional departments of the two units. The working program clearly demonstrated the determination to expand and enhance cooperation in the context of digital transformation and development of the digital economy.
Accordingly, within the framework of the working program, the leaders of the two units agreed on the proposal that Agribank and MobiFone could jointly deploy preferential products and services and high technology, especially digital financial solutions, network security, etc.
In particular, MobiFone wishes to develop co-branded products with Agribank; cross-sell products and services at transaction points; integrate the telecommunications - financial service ecosystem to enhance the experience of individual and corporate customers; as well as integrate AI systems, recognition cameras, online training platforms, etc., which are contents that are consistent with Agribank's digital transformation strategy in the coming time.
On the Agribank side, the leaders of the executive board all emphasized the need to promote non-cash payment solutions based on the development of e-wallets, integrating products and services into the digital ecosystem of both but still relying on traditional products such as deposits or agricultural credit, which are Agribank's strengths.
With a comprehensive assessment of the cooperation process between the two sides, Agribank proposed to continue promoting effective areas, thereby expanding new service groups, especially serving individual customers on a technology platform. In particular, Agribank also proposed the potential for cooperation in international payment services.
Agribank has a cooperative network of more than 600 banks in 70 countries, along with the Loc Viet domestic credit card product, Agribank can completely integrate value chains into MobiFone's technology platform to develop cross-border services, increasing convenience for individual and corporate customers.
Concluding the meeting, Member of the Board of Members, General Director of Agribank Pham Toan Vuong and Member of the Board of Members, General Director of MobiFone To Manh Cuong agreed that both units will review all cooperation contents, proceed to sign a number of agreements with product groups that can be deployed immediately. The specialized focal units of both sides urgently research, propose specific roadmaps and cooperation methods, in order to optimize the effectiveness of cooperation between the two sides./.
