Formosa Ha Tinh Company (FHS) currently employs about 5,700 employees and 5,200 workers from contractors. At the company, the average income of technical staff is 12-13 million VND/month, the facility manager (manager in charge and manager on duty) will receive an average of nearly 17-22 million VND/month and the manager level 2 and above (including team leader and department head) will receive an average of 30-39 million VND/month, including dormitory allowances, transportation, food allowance, diligence and bonuses (quarterly bonus, year-end bonus and seniority bonus), not including overtime allowance.
In addition to monthly and annual salary and bonus benefits, FHS Company also pays social insurance for employees on time and buys occupational accident insurance worth 200 million VND for each employee.
