On August 20, Mr. Nguyen Tuyen Huan, Director of Vietnam Human Resources Supply and Training Joint Stock Company (Cam Giang) said that he had just successfully raised 3 billion VND in capital with the model of "providing seasonal labor for FDI enterprises" at Shark Tank season 7.

At the program, Mr. Huan brought the model of "providing seasonal labor for FDI enterprises". This startup model has been nurtured and implemented by him for many years with the desire to create more jobs for workers in the highlands; helping enterprises in industrial parks solve the need for labor resources.

Mr. Huan called on investors to invest 2 billion VND in exchange for 10% of the shares. Among the 5 investors present at the program, Mr. Pham Thanh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cen Group, proposed to invest in this model. As a result, Shark Hung invested 3 billion VND in exchange for 21% of the shares for Mr. Huan's model.

Previously, in 2022, Mr. Huan applied to participate in Shark Tank Vietnam season 5. However, due to lack of careful preparation, his project was eliminated in the preliminary round.

Vietnam Human Resources Supply and Training Joint Stock Company was established in 2010 with the main business line of labor supply and management. This enterprise is supplying labor to about 30 enterprises, mainly in Hai Duong. In 2023, the company's revenue reached 65 billion VND.
