Audi A6 PHEV 2026 launched. Price from 1.75 billion VND

The new Audi A6 plug-in hybrid offers outstanding flexibility and efficiency, combining the advantages of an electric motor with an internal combustion engine. The A6 PHEV is available in two variants: Avant or Sedan; both feature a long wheelbase, a long hood and wide track, creating a powerful and classy appearance.

The Audi A6 Sedan e-hybrid quattro exudes elegance with its soft curves at the top of the windows. The A6 Avant (wagon) e-hybrid quattro stands out with its aerodynamically optimized rear end and a roof spoiler.

Both models feature distinctive taillights with a wide light strip and a high-positioned Audi logo. The Audi A6 Avant e-hybrid quattro and Sedan e-hybrid quattro are available in two powertrain options. The models are equipped with a 2.0L TFSI engine producing 185 kW (248 hp) combined with an electric motor with a maximum output of 105 kW (140 hp).

In the 270 kW (362 hp) version with 500 Nm of torque, both the Avant and Sedan can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.3 seconds. With 220 kW (295 hp) and 450 Nm of torque, acceleration from 0-100 km/h is possible in 6 seconds. All variants have a top speed of 250 km/h.

The heart of the plug-in hybrid (PHEV) technology is a high-voltage battery with a capacity of 25.9 kWh, a 45% increase over the previous generation. Thanks to this, both the Avant and Sedan can travel more than 100 km on electricity alone. The maximum AC charging capacity reaches 11 kW, allowing the battery to be fully charged from empty in 2.5 hours.

The energy recuperation performance (regenerative braking) has also been improved. The driver can adjust the energy recuperation level in EV mode across three levels using the paddles on the steering wheel. The system automatically optimizes battery usage based on routing data from the navigation system, allowing energy recuperation even when active navigation is not activated.

The hybrid management system is designed to prioritize efficiency, flexibility and maximum comfort, automatically selecting the optimal operating strategy with two modes:

- EV mode: Vehicle runs entirely on electricity.

- Hybrid mode: Maintains a specific battery level to save energy.

The driver can adjust the desired battery level via a digital slider, in addition to the automatic hybrid mode. Combined with the Quattro Ultra all-wheel drive system and standard four-wheel steering, the electrified dual-clutch transmission delivers a dynamic driving experience: increased agility at low speeds and greater stability at high speeds.

Improved window and door seals reduce noise, improving the acoustics in the cabin by up to 30% compared to the previous generation. These features significantly enhance driving comfort. The top versions (270 kW) come with standard sports equipment: S-line interior and exterior packages, sports suspension, larger wheels and red brake calipers.

In Germany, the price of the 2026 A6 Sedan e-hybrid quattro (220 kW) starts at 65,800 EUR, about 69,090 USD (converted to 1.75 billion VND). A6 Avant e-hybrid quattro (220 kW): 68,300 EUR, about 71,715 USD (converted to 1.82 billion VND).

A6 Sedan e-hybrid quattro (270 kW): 75,050 EUR, about 78,803 USD, (equivalent to 2 billion VND). A6 Avant e-hybrid quattro (270 kW): 77,550 EUR, about 81,428 USD (converted to 2.07 billion VND). The new e-hybrid models will be available for order in Germany from May 8, 2025.
