The Politburo assigned personnel work to Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Fatherland Front and mass organizations.

On the morning of November 4, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central organizations held a conference to announce the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.

Attending the conference were: General Secretary To Lam; Comrade Tran Cam Tu - Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat; Comrade Le Minh Hung - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission; Comrade Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi City Delegation of the 15th National Assembly; Comrade Pham Gia Tuc - Party Central Committee member, Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office.

At the conference, comrade Hoang Dang Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo 's decision on the transfer and assignment of personnel work for comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.

According to the Decision of the Politburo, Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi City Delegation of the 15th National Assembly, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transferred and assigned to participate in the 13th Party Central Committee Secretariat and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Fatherland Front and mass organizations for the 2020-2025 term./.
