Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy holds the position of Deputy Chief of Office of Hanoi Party Committee.

At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of the City Party Committee Trieu Thi Ngoc announced Decision No. 7059-QD/TU dated August 1, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy (born in 1980) - Party Committee member, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the General Department (Office of the City Party Committee), to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Hanoi City Party Committee, with a term of appointment of 5 years.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen presented the Decision to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy.

Presenting the Decision to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen assessed that Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy is a well-trained cadre with more than 15 years of working at the City Party Committee Office. The 5-step appointment process for Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy was conducted scientifically , methodically, and objectively with a high trust rate.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee also assessed that, in the past time, closely following the program, work plan and direction of the Central and City, the Office of the City Party Committee has made efforts to do a good job of advising, assisting and serving the Party Committee to complete regular and unexpected tasks. Thereby, ensuring thoughtfulness, timeliness, and meeting the leadership requirements of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.

Faced with the requirements of the new situation, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen requested Deputy Chief of the City Party Committee Office Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy to continuously study and improve her work experience as well as professional expertise to better meet the requirements of the assigned tasks. Especially advising on Party building, synthesis, administrative reform, Party assets... in the new position.

Along with that, continue to innovate working methods, improve the quality of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and thematic reports as well as other important political reports of the Hanoi Party Committee. In particular, the immediate focus is on serving the 18th Hanoi Party Congress and other assigned tasks.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee also requested that the Chief of the City Party Committee Office, Tran Thanh Ha, along with the leaders of the City Party Committee Office and specialized departments, create favorable conditions to help Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy successfully complete the assigned tasks in her new position.

With sincere gratitude for the affection and trust in the assignment of tasks from the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the new Deputy Chief of the Office of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy affirmed that in her new position, she will continue to strive, make efforts, and continue the experience of previous generations of leaders to complete the assigned tasks.
