On the night of October 29 in Ho Chi Minh City, the art program I! Vietnamese will take place, gathering a group of talented artists affectionately called "The Talented Family" by the audience.

The program emphasizes the spirit of mutual love when all revenue from ticket sales (after deducting taxes and management costs), along with contributions from benefactors and accompanying units, will be transferred to people in flood-affected areas through the fund of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front .

In a conversation with Dan Tri reporter , People's Artist Tu Long revealed untold stories about time pressure, artistic commitment and humanistic philosophy that the artists wanted to convey through the music night.

Special performances in the music night "I! Vietnamese"

People's Artist Tu Long said that when natural disasters struck, members of the "Family of Talents" quickly discussed support plans. However, instead of simply choosing to spend their own money, they agreed to use the collective influence to call on the community to join hands.

People's Artist Tu Long shared: "At first, everyone donated money to support our compatriots, but we discussed and agreed that we had to use our influence to gather people and create community solidarity."

He believes that if individual contributions are individual, organizing a large-scale music night creates "collective strength" in the true spirit: "One tree alone cannot make a forest, three trees together can make a high mountain".

People's Artist Tu Long admitted that the artists were under great pressure when the program was branded as "Gia Toc Anh Tai" - a group of individuals who had established their names and had their own fan base.

“This is not the story of a few “talents”, but the brand of the whole collective”, People's Artist Tu Long said.

He also emphasized that despite its supportive meaning, the artistic quality of I! Vietnamese must still be ensured to be at a worthy level.

The 33 artists hope that the music night will not only be a fundraiser but also a quality art event , performed in the most professional manner.

Despite the tight schedule, the show still invited an experienced crew including a top director and music director.

People's Artist Tu Long added that the person who has participated most strongly and dynamically since the beginning is MC Anh Tuan - the 34th "talent" of the program.

“In addition to the enthusiastic participation of the artists, Tuan is the one who takes on the role of connecting, from coordinating with the director, music director to the organizing units to have the music night I! Vietnamese.

Through Dan Tri newspaper , on behalf of the artists in "Gia Toc Anh Tai", I would like to send my sincere thanks to Anh Tuan - who has made efforts, been enthusiastic and got involved very quickly - creating a bond of connection between everyone", People's Artist Tu Long confided.

Regarding performance, I! Vietnamese is intended to be a concert of resonance and an opportunity for artists to fully demonstrate their individual strengths.

People's Artist Tu Long revealed: "This time, the artists will bring out more of their ego and strengths to enrich the spiritual food. The audience will enjoy familiar songs that are easy to harmonize with, along with songs that are being released for the first time."

Audiences can look forward to special solo performances by Trong Hieu, Rhymastic, Cuong Seven...

Professionalism is also demonstrated through the personal efforts of People's Artist Tu Long.

While most artists live in Ho Chi Minh City, People's Artist Tu Long had to arrange a busy schedule, flying to Ho Chi Minh City to perform on the evening of October 29 and then returning to Hanoi that same night to be in time for the play competition about the late Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet of the Army Cheo Theater on the morning of October 30 in Bac Giang (now Bac Ninh).

“I! Vietnamese” promotes identity and culture of kindness

People 's Artist Tu Long tells the story behind the name I! Vietnamese: "Associating "I" with "Vietnamese" is not only a source of pride, but also an affirmation of identity - that only we, this nation - can do such extraordinary things," the male artist expressed.

According to People's Artist Tu Long, this name has an open and connecting nature that goes beyond the material factor. Whether you are a direct participant or just supporting from afar via QR code, everyone can proudly say: "I participate, I am Vietnamese".

Tu Long said: “Even those who do not have Vietnamese nationality but live and love our country can still say “I am Vietnamese” when joining hands to share. That is the value of independence, uniqueness and humanity that the program aims for.”

Me! Vietnamese is also an event that takes the culture of kindness as its core. People's Artist Tu Long shared his opinion: "It is not necessary to do big things to be a good thing. A good deed should start from the smallest thing, the important thing is each person's awareness and perception of sharing and giving."

According to People's Artist Tu Long, I! Vietnamese People is the crystallization of the tradition of "mutual love" and "helping each other" - where participants not only contribute materially but also send a spirit of solidarity, spreading love to places in need.
