New record of Vietnamese cuisine
On October 23, a new Vietnamese culinary record was set with the content "Processing and performing dishes from the most types of fish at the same time in Vietnam". The event, organized by the Vietnam Super Chef Association at a hotel in Tan Binh ward, attracted the participation of many domestic and foreign chefs and visitors.

Unique creation from Hoang Sa swordfish
One of the highlights of the event was the introduction of Hoang Sa swordfish dipping cake by Mr. Le Nguyen Hoang Long, Chairman of the Vietnam Master Chefs Association. Inspired by the taste of the homeland's sea and islands, the dish is a delicate combination of fresh swordfish, lemon, American apple and typical Vietnamese herbs.
According to chef Long, swordfish is one of the typical ingredients of Vietnam's seas and can be processed into many attractive dishes. "Vietnam's seas and islands have many delicious fish," he shared.

The crust is specially shaped on a snail or seashell mold, not only bringing visual uniqueness but also recalling the image of the ocean. The combination of ingredients creates a light, unique flavor.
In addition to performing fish dishes, the event also held a "Pride of Vietnamese Cuisine" contest, creating a playground for chefs to show off their talents and promote the country's culinary quintessence.
