On May 13, Standing Deputy Secretary of Tinh Bien Town Party Committee Vo Thi Thuy Tien came to hand over 2 houses to poor and near-poor households in Nha Bang Ward (Tinh Bien Town).

Specifically, the house was handed over to the family of Ms. Lam Thi Anh and Ms. Tran Thi Loc, both living in Thoi Hoa hamlet. Each house has a structure of walls, corrugated iron, and tiled floors with a total construction value of about 70 million VND. Of which, the budget from the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses of the town supported 60 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of Tinh Bien Town Party Committee Vo Thi Thuy Tien congratulated the two families on their new, spacious houses, hoping that the families would continue to strive to escape poverty and actively participate in patriotic emulation movements in the locality.

At the same time, it also commended and acknowledged the efforts of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Nha Bang Ward in implementing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. It was requested that the locality continue to promote the effectiveness of social work, mobilize more resources to support difficult cases in the locality, helping them confidently rise up in life.
