Mr. Tran Minh Nhan's family is a poor household in the locality. For a long time, the whole family has had to live in a temporary house with corrugated iron walls, making life extremely difficult. With the connection of Phu Yen Newspaper, Mr. Nhan's family received 70 million VND from Phu Yen Electricity Company from the social security program fund of the Central Electricity Corporation. After many months of construction, Mr. Nhan's family's new house was completed, with an area of 50m2 , fully equipped with a living room, bedroom, and kitchen, meeting the needs of life.

During this period, Phu Yen Power Company also handed over 4 gratitude houses to 2 poor households Pham Giai, in Hoa Xuan Dong commune (Dong Hoa town), Ra Lan Thi Nhim in Phuoc Tan commune (Son Hoa district) and 2 policy households Dang Van Nghia in Hoa Thang commune (Phu Hoa district), Vo Thi To household in An Xuan commune (Tuy An district). Each household was supported with 70 million VND in cash to build a house. Mr. Pham Van Tay, Deputy Director, Chairman of the Trade Union of Phu Yen Power Company said: The program to support the construction of gratitude houses of the Central Power Corporation has been implemented since 2019. In 2025, the corporation supported the construction of 70 gratitude houses, of which Phu Yen was supported to build 5 gratitude houses. This is an activity in response to the Prime Minister 's call to continue to promote the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide.
