Issue a Resolution on Regulations on criteria for deciding on the implementation of bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province.

Bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land is based on the criteria of Resolution 16/2024/NQ-HDND from December 1, 2024.

This Resolution stipulates criteria for deciding to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects to build urban areas with mixed-use functions, synchronous technical infrastructure systems, social infrastructure with housing according to the provisions of law on construction to build new or renovate and embellish urban areas; rural residential area projects in Tuyen Quang province.

Criteria for deciding to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land include: Conformity with district-level land use planning approved by competent authorities; having detailed planning or zoning planning at a scale of 1/2,000 approved by competent authorities; conformity with the housing development program and plan of the province approved by competent authorities; not meeting the conditions for auctioning land use rights as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 125 of the 2024 Land Law.

For urban area projects: Meet urban planning standards and regulations according to current laws on urban planning and construction planning.

For rural residential projects: Meet the regulations on residential areas according to the provisions of the law on construction.

This Resolution comes into force from December 1, 2024.
