Held for the first time at Thang Long Imperial Citadel ( Hanoi ), Vietnam Poetry Day 2024 took place from February 24-25, bringing to the public valuable poetic heritages in the poetry treasure of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups.
With the theme "The Harmony of the Country", this year's Vietnam Poetry Day brings to life the colorful lives of Vietnamese people across the country, recreating the beauty of life and culture of all ethnic groups through poetry.

In particular, the Poetry Night program is a harmonious and balanced combination of theatrical elements in poetry performance, using music effects, performances, sounds, lights, costumes, etc.
Along with maintaining the traditional way of reading poetry by poets, the Organizing Committee also brings the audience the full enjoyment of excellent poetic works by national poets.
In addition, this year's event design has many new and unique features, creating a space with special meaning. The program is held on the 15th day of the first lunar month, so the moon is chosen as the design language of the art space. The poetry gate is the crescent moon winding on its full journey on the full moon.
Passing through the Poetry Gate is the Poetry Road decorated with stylized young leaves, with motifs on the costumes of Vietnamese ethnic groups, on each leaf is written a good poem selected by the Organizing Committee.
This year, the Organizing Committee continues to build the Memory House space - a place to display memorabilia, artifacts, and works of 12 typical poets, centered on the poet - President Ho Chi Minh and 11 ethnic poets who have won the Ho Chi Minh Prize for literature and art.
Vietnam Poetry Day 2024 has truly become a festival of poets of all Vietnamese ethnic groups, and at the same time is also an effective way to implement the policy of great national unity of the Party and State.
