Billboards obstruct traffic visibility

Every day, at the corner of Tua Hai and Nguyen Van Tot streets (near Doc Cay Me, Tan Ninh ward, Tay Ninh province), a household places a lottery ticket advertisement board that obstructs traffic visibility.

This household placed the billboard in such a way that it obstructed the view of drivers turning left from Nguyen Van Tot Street onto Tua Hai Street, and even drivers turning right onto Nguyen Van Tot Street encountered the same situation.

Road users often encounter unexpected situations at intersections due to billboards blocking their view (photo taken on July 16, 2025)

“Because the sign is located at the corner of a three-way intersection, I often encounter unexpected, difficult and dangerous traffic situations when driving there, especially when someone else is driving into Nguyen Van Tot Street in the opposite direction. I recommend that the authorities correct this situation to ensure traffic safety,” said Ms. TTM, a resident of Nguyen Van Tot Street./.
