In particular, urgently check and fix errors and weaknesses in telecommunications infrastructure, reduce the transmission and reception antennas of mobile information transmission and reception stations; develop and deploy a plan to handle and fix faulty fiber optic cables to maintain uninterrupted communication; review the transmission and reception antennas on rooftops, limit incidents that cause damage to infrastructure and telecommunications networks.
In addition, the unit prepares important backup materials and equipment such as: optical cables, subscriber cables, cable poles, generators... In addition, cranes, cars and dozens of generators are all ready to handle emergency situations.
For broadcasting stations in flooded areas, flooded areas with power outages, the unit will plan to arrange refueling to maintain the operation of generators combined with charging the battery system invested in the receiving station to ensure that communication in areas cut off by floods in the province is basically guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

In response to the dangerous developments of storm No. 3, Viettel Thanh Hoa has also developed scenarios and prepared plans and solutions to overcome any impact, ensuring connectivity and uninterrupted communication. The unit has organized a "4 on-site" force, ready to handle incidents, always ensuring the operation of all transmission and reception stations, ensuring the quality of services for the people and communication of authorities at all levels.
Transportation and coordination of goods are also coordinated and operated smoothly by Thanh Hoa Post Office to meet people's needs.
The Department of Science and Technology has directed telecommunications enterprises to develop plans to ensure timely and accurate communication in all situations in all localities in the province; especially in areas prone to natural disasters. Prepare sufficient forces, supplies, and backup equipment; organize short-wave mobile communication vehicles; mobile vehicles to broadcast mobile information... to serve disaster prevention work in case of problems with mobile and fixed telephone networks.
Along with that, units must coordinate to develop a plan to share infrastructure and technical equipment to quickly restore the communication system; prioritize maximum resources and technical means to restore the communication network in the shortest time.
