Storm No. 10 (Bualoi) has entered the East Sea, heading straight for the North Central region.

Vietnam and the international community agree that this storm will make landfall in the North Central region (center is Quang Tri) with an intensity of about level 12-13.

Updated at 8:00 p.m. on September 26, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting issued a warning: Storm Bualoi has passed the Philippines, entered the East Sea and become storm number 10 in 2025.
