Winds in inland and coastal areas of Vietnam have dropped below level 6. Rain after the storm in Quang Ngai - Dak Lak provinces is not much and is forecast to stop completely after 13 o'clock today.
The rain area due to the low pressure circulation after storm No. 13 tends to move north, in the provinces from Thanh Hoa to northern Quang Tri. On November 7-8, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and locally very heavy rain with common rainfall of 50-150mm, in some places over 200mm. It is forecasted that on November 8-9, rain and moderate rain will occur in the northeastern provinces, including the capital Hanoi .

Previously, during the storm's landing, the area from Hue City to Khanh Hoa had heavy to very heavy rain. The rainfall from 7 p.m. on November 6 to 3 a.m. on November 7 was over 130mm in some places such as: Son Hoi station (Dak Lak) 208mm, Bach Ma peak station (Hue City) 204.2mm, Ba Na station (Da Nang City) 141.8mm, Tra Thanh station (Quang Ngai) 138.8mm, Tan An 2 station (Gia Lai) 154.8mm...
Floods on the Perfume River (Hue City) and Tra Khuc River (Quang Ngai) are rising. It is forecasted that today, the Tra Khuc River flood will likely peak below alert level 3, then gradually subside.
Flood on Huong River at Kim Long station continues to rise and fluctuates above level 2 from 0.55-0.65m, then gradually decreases.

Although the rain intensity has decreased compared to the forecast, the provinces/cities from Quang Tri to Lam Dong have had moderate to heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain over the past 24 hours. Therefore, the hydrometeorological agency warned that hundreds of communes/wards are still at risk of flash floods this morning.
