(CLO) With a luxurious design and many modern technologies, a total investment of more than 504 billion VND, Da Nang Museum will officially come into operation on March 29.
After nearly 4 years of construction, the Da Nang Museum at its new facility at 42-44 Bach Dang and 31 Tran Phu (Hai Chau District) with a total investment of more than 504 billion VND is about to come into operation.

Mr. Huynh Dinh Quoc Thien, director of Da Nang Museum, said that the museum at the new facility is larger in scale and is expected to be put into operation to serve visitors on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Da Nang Liberation Day, March 29, 2025.
The new museum is built on an area of over 8,600m², including a museum block with 1 basement, 3 upper floors, technical infrastructure system, synchronous green landscape connected to the Doc Ly building.
The Doc Ly building itself is also a historical space. Inside the space of more than 8,600m² is invested in modernly, to tell the story of the history and culture of Da Nang people from prehistoric times to the present.
Large investments in photography and lighting systems help visitors discover the entire story of the artifacts displayed at the museum.

Da Nang Museum also applies scientific technology to create emotions for visitors, creating interactions with visitors such as 3D mapping technology, 2D, 3D movies and image slides to connect the timeline and story...
This is a building built by the French more than 120 years old, later had many names through the periods such as City Hall, People's Committee headquarters, City People's Council...
Up to now, the relocation and transfer of artifacts from the old Da Nang Museum in Thanh Dien Hai to the new headquarters has been basically completed.
