This is also the time when Typhoon Tra Mi will affect the central provinces (from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai) and its development will be complex. Therefore, from October 26th, the local organizing committee and the tournament organizing committee have been developing plans to proactively address the situations caused by Typhoon Tra Mi.

Typhoon Tra Mi (Typhoon No. 6) is approaching central Vietnam, causing extremely heavy rainfall.

Information regarding Typhoon No. 6 is being continuously updated and closely monitored by the tournament organizers and match organizers to proactively make appropriate decisions in all situations, with safety being the top priority.

As of now, preparations for the match at 6 PM tomorrow (October 27th) are still being carried out by the tournament organizers and the match organizers according to the previously set plan, from professional matters to infrastructure, stadiums, advertising boards, etc.

Hoa Xuan Stadium is the venue for the match between Da Nang FC and Hai Phong FC.

At Hoa Xuan Stadium, the match organizers are currently preparing response and storm prevention measures as requested by the local authorities. The visiting team, Hai Phong, has also arrived in Da Nang, and both teams are preparing their squads and expertise for the match tomorrow evening. The tournament organizers stated that further announcements regarding the match will depend on the actual developments of Typhoon No. 6.

Typhoon No. 6 (Tra Mi) is forecast to have a complex trajectory and fluctuating intensity. Forecasts indicate that from this afternoon until noon tomorrow (the next 24 hours), Typhoon No. 6 will maintain its direction of movement and head straight towards the sea off the coast of the central provinces (from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai), with its intensity potentially decreasing to level 10-11 (89-117 km/h), gusting to level 14 (150-166 km/h).

Four airports temporarily suspend operations to avoid Typhoon Tra Mi.

During tomorrow afternoon and evening (the next 24 to 36 hours), Typhoon Tra Mi will change direction and move slowly southward, along the coastal waters of the central provinces. Its intensity is likely to decrease to level 10 (89 - 102 km/h), with gusts up to level 12 (118 - 133 km/h).

All necessary storm preparedness measures have been made by the organizing committee.

On land, from the morning of October 27th, coastal areas from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai will experience increasingly strong winds, reaching levels 6-7. Near the center of Typhoon No. 6, winds may reach levels 8-9 (62-88 km/h), with gusts up to level 11 (103-117 km/h). From the morning of October 27th, coastal areas of provinces from Quang Binh to Quang Nam are likely to experience storm surge of 0.4-0.6 meters.

Recently, the Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority decided to temporarily suspend operations at four airports: Da Nang, Phu Bai, Dong Hoi, and Chu Lai, on October 27th to avoid Typhoon Tra Mi. Da Nang International Airport will cease operations from 6:00 AM on October 27th to 4:00 AM on October 28th.
