Construction protection of the National Highway 9 bridge over the expressway under the Van Ninh - Cam Lo Expressway Project

To ensure the construction progress of the Van Ninh - Cam Lo expressway project through the province, this morning, August 27, the Land Clearance Council of Van Ninh - Cam Lo expressway, Cam Lo district, Quang Tri province coordinated with relevant agencies and units to organize forces to support and protect the construction of the National Highway 9 bridge over the expressway under the Van Ninh - Cam Lo expressway project on the land managed by the State through Cam Hieu commune.

Regarding the Highway 9 bridge over the expressway under the Van Ninh - Cam Lo expressway project, 37 households and individuals in Vinh An and Nam Hieu villages, Cam Hieu commune requested support for land and assets located within the road corridor due to the construction of the Highway 9 bridge over the expressway affecting the lives and livelihoods of households.

Therefore, the households petitioned to be considered for compensation and support for livelihood conversion, and at the same time requested the State to reclaim land and relocate households so that they can live and work in peace.

According to the leader of Cam Lo District People's Committee, the petition of the households has been submitted by the District People's Committee to relevant levels and sectors for consideration and resolution.

Specifically, implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the locality has directed the Van Ninh - Cam Lo Expressway Clearance Council to coordinate with relevant units to inspect and review each specific case, establish and approve support plans according to regulations.

The preparation of support plans must follow the process of inventory, verification of land use origin, pricing, public posting, public meetings, and handling of problems, so it takes a lot of time.

On the other hand, the construction unit is implementing construction within the existing traffic route, not directly affecting the land, property and rights and interests of households.

To ensure the progress of implementing national key projects, ensuring people's compliance with policies and laws, recorded at the scene this morning, the locality on the one hand organized propaganda, mobilized, and persuaded households.

At the same time, coordinate to organize support forces, protect the construction of the project, in case of non-compliance or taking advantage of the incident to incite, incite, obstruct, or oppose the person performing official duties, will be strictly handled.
