The press award " Hai Duong aspiration, development" is organized to propagate and promote the image, potential, strengths, products, development strategies of Hai Duong province; mechanisms and policies to attract investment of the province; multi-faceted information in all fields, contributing to promoting the image of Hai Duong so that the province can develop more and more, gradually realizing the aspirations and development of the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Duong province.

Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics Nguyen Xuan Thang and Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang presented awards to the authors who won A prizes.

The organizing committee received a total of 370 entries from 131 authors, from 29 central and local press agencies.

27 quality works were selected for awards. Including 3 A prizes, 3 B prizes, 6 C prizes and 15 consolation prizes.
