After 4 days of competition, 72 candidates from 18 printing establishments across the army completed all the exams. In the theoretical exam, most of the candidates had a firm grasp of the content, read the questions carefully, and selected the correct options; many of the answers were of good quality, closely related to their jobs and careers. In the practical exam, the candidates followed the plan and regulations of the competition.

In his closing speech, Colonel Nguyen The Manh affirmed that the success of the 5th National Printing Workers Competition in 2025 has very practical significance. First of all, it is the experience in leadership and direction of agencies and units with printing facilities in proactively training and fostering their printing workers; strict inspection and selection of typical individuals to participate in the competition. Next is the experience in planning, organizing, and operating scientifically and reasonably; the close coordination of forces and the careful, thoughtful, serious preparation, with the spirit of learning and high effort of the contestants. The competition also helps officers, employees, and printing workers to have a deeper understanding of the position, role, and importance of the current printing industry; determine the sense of responsibility, love for the profession, and attachment to the profession.

Colonel Nguyen The Manh requested that, after the contest, the Party committees and commanders of agencies and units with printing facilities need to continue promoting the achieved results; proactively train and improve the qualifications of the printing technical workers; research and apply science and technology in production, improve the quality of printed products, meet the requirements of propaganda, education , training and combat readiness.

At the same time, printing establishments need to replicate advanced models and examples, promote initiatives and good practices, and create a widespread influence throughout the army; organize well emulation movements aimed at improving productivity, quality, and work efficiency; encourage workers to actively study and practice their skills, and strive to have many "Golden Hands" in the next competitions.
