Viet An Eye Hospital provides free eye screening for people in Duy Xuyen commune

DNO - On August 16, at Duy Son Medical Station (Duy Xuyen commune), Viet An Eye Hospital (Da Nang city) organized a free eye screening program for people with eye diseases.

Nearly 200 elderly people, students, and people with signs of blurred vision, eye pain, and eye fatigue in Duy Xuyen commune were examined by doctors and nurses at Viet An Eye Hospital for eye function, vision, microscopic examination, fundus examination, and intraocular pressure...

Through screening, the elderly receive free eye supplements and eye drops as well as receive advice from doctors on how to care for, clean, and protect their eyes at home to improve and maintain their vision.

For cases diagnosed with serious eye diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma..., doctors will advise specific and clear treatment directions.

At the same time, the Traditional Medicine Hospital of Da Nang city conducted health screenings for the elderly in Duy Xuyen commune, such as measuring blood pressure, performing general ultrasound examinations, and providing services including foot baths, acupressure massage, paraffin application, etc.

At the end of the examination, the elderly are prescribed and given free medicine by the doctor.
