With a sense of responsibility and determination to implement the Resolution on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the province, Chau Lang commune, Nui To commune and Tri Ton town focused on synchronously and urgently implementing assigned tasks to establish Tri Ton commune. Especially, renovating facilities and telecommunications infrastructure to ensure the public administrative center goes into operation from June 16.
Tri Ton Commune Public Administration Center is located at the headquarters of the “one-stop” department of Tri Ton district (old), No. 90, Tran Hung Dao Street, Tri Ton town. The center has the function of advising and assisting the People's Committee at the commune level in performing tasks related to building e-government; organizing and implementing the “one-stop” and “one-stop” mechanisms in handling administrative procedures and providing public services directly to people and businesses in the area...
In the immediate future, the center will have 10 civil servants from Chau Lang commune, Nui To commune and Tri Ton town, along with postal staff and social insurance staff to handle administrative procedures related to household registration, land administration, construction, social insurance, and post and telecommunications.
Tri Ton District Party Secretary Lam Thanh Si highly appreciated the efforts and sense of responsibility of the Party committees, authorities of the three localities and related agencies and units in synchronously and urgently implementing assigned tasks, from repairing and renovating headquarters, arranging offices, installing equipment... all towards the goal: "Serving the people better and more effectively".
The Secretary of the Tri Ton District Party Committee noted that the Tri Ton Commune Government (new) during the trial operation phase of the public administration center must promptly overcome difficulties during the operation process; continue to improve facilities and information technology, Internet connection; increase the number of volunteers to support people in carrying out administrative procedures. At the same time, gradually transform the model from traditional working to digital working environment, contributing to building e-government, digital government at the commune and ward levels right from the beginning.
